As an associate at Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner, Anam focuses her practice on hospital liability with a concentration in professional negligence, as well as general liability. Anam received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law, where she graduated with honors. While in law school, Anam was a member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, serving as a competitor and coach in major intercollegiate competitions. Prior to joining Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner, Anam worked at a prominent Atlanta civil defense firm in the areas of automobile liability and personal injury.
Anam received her undergraduate degrees in Legal Studies and History from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with honors. Anam also studied international affairs and humanitarian law while travelling throughout Eastern Europe. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, cooking, and reading.
Professional Negligence / Medical Malpractice
Anam defends hospitals, doctors, nurses and other allied health care professionals in medical malpractice claims. Her representation involves participation at all stages of litigation.
Anam also has experience defending commercial property owners in premises liability cases.
