Madeline Kahn


As an associate with Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner, Madeline’s practice primarily focuses on hospital liability, professional negligence, and other general liability cases.  Madeline received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law where she was a Dean’s List student.  While at Emory, Madeline wrote and published her work on the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review.  She was a member of multiple child advocacy groups and served on the board of the Emory Public Interest Committee.  Prior to joining Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner, Madeline worked in mass tort litigation on products liability for another Atlanta firm.

Madeline received her undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Spanish from Emory University, where she graduated with honors. She was a staff writer for the Emory Wheel, the school newspaper, and practiced her public speaking skills as an actor with Theater Emory.

Madeline is originally from Indiana and now resides in Midtown.  She enjoys exploring the city with her family, playing with her dog at Piedmont Park, and watching films at Midtown Arts Cinema.
