As an associate at Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner, Tony Hassan practices in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, negligent supervision, and civil rights litigation. Tony earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he graduated with honors. While in law school, he served in the Phillip C. Cook Tax Clinic to resolve governmental disputes for individual clients. He also served as a Graduate Assistant for the Georgia State University Litigation Course, providing guidance to law students in all aspects of litigation proceedings.
Tony received his undergraduate degree in Communications and Journalism from Georgia State University, where graduated with honors. He also earned a paralegal certification from Emory University where he earned the top grades in his class.
In his free time, he enjoys cooking, philanthropy, and spending time with friends and family.
Tony represents hospitals, doctors, clinics, correctional healthcare providers in medical malpractice, business litigation, general liability, and corporate matters. His representation involves participation at all stages of litigation.
