Gary R. (“Rusty”) McCain is a partner with Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner. Mr. McCain graduated summa cum laude and cum laude from the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree and law degree, respectively. Prior to merging with Bendin Sumrall & Ladner, Mr. McCain was partner at Allen & McCain, P.C. an Atlanta defense firm since 1992. He has great expertise in the procedural and technical aspects of medical malpractice cases.
