Aizhane C. Bailey

ASSOCIATE

Aizhane is an Associate at Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner and practices in the areas of general liability and premise liability. She brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice having worked in both private practice and the insurance industry handling litigation and evaluating complex claims.

Aizhane earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice/Criminology from Georgia Southern University in 2020 before obtaining her Juris Doctor from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. During law school, she served as a member of the Black Law Students Association and on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Student Bar Association. Aizhane also served as a student mediator through LSU’s Civil Mediation Clinic, conducting mediations involving matters pending before Baton Rouge City Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Aizhane managed professional liability and miscellaneous errors and omission claims involving a variety of professionals and businesses. She has also represented clients in general liability and insurance defense matters.

In her free time, Aizhane enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
