ASSOCIATE
Carter is an Associate at Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner and practices in the areas of construction litigation and corporate transactional law.
Carter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in school, Carter was a Symposium Editor for the Georgia Law Review as well as a Legal Research Teaching Assistant. He also interned at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Bermuda.
Carter obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia where he received a major in History and a minor in Environmental Law.
In his free time, Carter enjoys fishing, hiking, and live music.
