Amy Jones joined Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner in 2025. She received her law degree from the Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia where she served as a member of the Moot Court Team and Negotiations Team. She also completed the Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting Certificate Program. While in law school, Amy clerked for Presiding Judge Stephen Louis A. Dillard on the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Amy received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Law, Science & Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Amy’s practice is devoted to civil defense and focuses primarily on the representation of hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other allied health care professionals in medical malpractice and intentional tort lawsuits, as well as in pre-litigation medical malpractice matters, including Georgia Composite Medical Board matters.
Amy enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband and son.
